Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing products (including but not limited to trading cards, booster packs, accessories, and sealed merchandise) from PokeGhouls TCG, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Product Authenticity and Condition

  • Authenticity: All Pokémon cards and merchandise sold by PokeGhouls TCG are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors or verified secondary market collections. We strictly prohibit the sale of counterfeit cards.
  • Condition Grading: Cards are sold as Near Mint (NM) unless otherwise specified. Minor factory imperfections (such as slight centering or print lines) are normal. Heavily played, damaged, or graded cards will be marked and priced accordingly. 

3. Pricing and Availability

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Inventory is updated regularly, but due to rapid market shifts in the trading card industry, an item may occasionally sell out before the website updates. If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • Errors in pricing may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order

 4. Payments
We accept  Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Payment must be cleared in full before orders are processed and shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.  PokeGhouls TCG is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • Pre-orders will be shipped to arrive on or around the official release date, depending on carrier transit times.

6. Return and Refund Policy

  • Sealed Products: Sealed booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and blister packs may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened, factory-sealed, and in its original condition.
  • Single Cards: All sales on single trading cards are considered final due to the highly volatile nature of the collectibles market.
  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the box and contents immediately and contact us at sales@pokeghoulstcg.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.  

7. Limitation of Liability
PokeGhouls TCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability will never exceed the total dollar amount paid by the customer for the specific order. 

 8. Intellectual Property
The PokeGhouls TCG logo, website design, and custom text are the intellectual property of PokeGhouls TCG. Pokémon, Pokémon names, characters, and card designs are registered trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures, and GAME FREAK. Use of these assets without explicit permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pennsylvania/U.S.A

Return and Refund Policy

 Effective Date: January 1st, 2026


Thank you for shopping with PokeGhouls TCG! Because of the highly collectible nature of Pokémon 

merchandise, we have established the following return and refund guidelines to ensure fairness and protect the authenticity of our products.


 1. General Return Window: - If you are unsatisfied with an eligible purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unopened, factory-sealed, and in the same packaging you received it in.


2. Non-Returnable Items - Due to the risk of tampering, resealing, and market value fluctuations, the following Pokémon items are strictly non-refundable and final sale:

  • Trading Card Games (TCG): Individual booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), and single trading cards.
  • Opened or Used Merchandise: Any items where the factory shrink wrap has been broken or removed.
  • Digital Codes: Video game expansions, DLCs, or digital TCG Live code cards.
  • Consumables & Perishables: Pokémon-themed food, drinks, or candies.


3. Damaged or Defective Sealed Products - We know how frustrating it is to open a damaged product! If you receive a visibly damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Damaged in Transit: If an outer shipping box is crushed, please photograph the box before opening it and contact us immediately.
  • Factory Manufacturing Errors: Pokémon TCG cards and parts pass thorough quality assurance. For severe factory errors (e.g., missing items, cards cut incorrectly, or factory-bent cards in sealed products), please review the official Pokémon Card and Parts Replacement Policy.


4. Refund Process - Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within  10-14 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless the item was defective or sent in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

5. Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same product, email us at sales@pokeghoulstcg.com



 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at sales@pokeghoulstcg.com with your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Securely pack your item and ship it to us using a trackable shipping method.
